Our Origin and Philosophy

jumpio was founded in 2024 by a small group of passionate, lifelong gamers who grew tired of wading through the sea of clones, deceptive ads, and pay-to-win traps that unfortunately clutter modern mobile and HTML5 gaming marketplaces. We realized that while millions of players log in daily to match gems, build virtual farms, or solve mind-bending physics puzzles, finding honest, ad-free, and thorough reviews of these titles was incredibly difficult. Most major gaming publications push casual titles to the margins. We decided to put them center stage.

We chose the name "Pure Glow" because we believe that great casual games emit a unique, warm light—a "glow" of creative design, clever mechanics, and accessible fun. Whether you have five minutes to spare while waiting for a bus, or two hours to unwind before bed, we are here to guide you toward games that respect your time, your intellect, and your wallet.

What Makes Us Different?

Unlike many automated review aggregators or content sites that rely on artificial intelligence to rewrite promotional copy, jumpio is proudly and strictly human-first. When we review a game, we actually play it. Our editorial staff commits to a minimum of 3 to 5 hours of hands-on testing for every single title we critique. We analyze the progression curves, we stress-test the user interfaces across multiple devices, and—most importantly—we critically dissect the monetization models. If a brilliant puzzle game is choked by aggressive microtransactions or deceptive "paywalls," we will call it out. We write for players, not for publishers.
